Bacon, Sun-Dried Tomato and Parmesan Meatballs

These taste amazing!!! They are great on there own or use them in your favourite tomato pasta sauce or for meatball subs.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 pound ground venison, elk, moose or extra lean ground beef or bison
1/2 pound ground pork
1/2 pound GF bacon
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/3 cup sun-dried tomato in oil, drained and finely chopped
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh basil, packed
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon pepper

DIRECTIONS
Place the bacon in a food processor and process until ground and starts to stick together to form a ball.
Mix all the ingredients together well and shape into 48 1” balls.
Cook in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through, about 20 minutes.
Remove from skillet and drain over paper towels.
Enjoy!
